Created and maintained since 1995 by Brett Circe.
1995: Launched as a hand-coded site. My first site actually, built so I could learn HTML. If you wonder why all the photos are so small, and many are in GIF format, it’s because on a 14.4 modem they took forever to download, and JPG did not exist yet!
2001: Updated to a content management system on a new server with a new address. It will be much easier for me to maintain now. I also added a really cool bulletin board, and imported all the posts from the old Guest Book. The History section is more functional and I hope all future Phikeia classes study that section.
2003: Added the photos from the Florida Lambda 10 year anniversary under Scrapbook. I also updated the Guest Book to be easier to add posts. Finally, i am updating the Email List to be easier to subscribe, so you can see who is subscribed, and make it easier to send email to the list. Please, if you know brothers, especially under grads, who are not on the list encourage them to subscribe. It’s a great communication tool!
2005: Discontinued email list because of lack of use.
2007: Disabled Guest Book because of “form spam” (ie: hundreds of posts selling viagara, etc).
2008: Moved to WordPress CMS. Allows me to re-enable the GuestBook because WP has a form-spam checker. Imported all Guest Book comments (fun!). Also enables anyone to post a comment on any page/image, not just the Guest Book.
NOTE: This site is grouped by Pledge Class year, not year you graduated.
